He was born in La Paz (1909), died in Danlí (1957). He entered the Diocesan Seminary of Tegucigalpa in 1923. At the age of 22 he was ordained as a priest in 1932. Master of Ceremonies of the Cathedral of Tegucigalpa for several years, Curate of the Church of Danlí, priest of that city.
He collaborated in the newspapers El Cronista, La Época, Revista Tegucigalpa, La Luz. Owner director of Eco de Oriente published in Danlí, Founder and Director of the Padre Reyes Night School of that eastern city, of which he was Municipal Councilor in 1939. He was also Secretary of the Archbishop Curia, Director of the Suyapa Radio School and Administrator of the Basilica of Suyapa.
