Ingredients

Instructions

  1. We put the small pot over high heat with the 3 cups of water and the sweet in pieces.

  3. When it comes to a boil, add everything together with the vanilla and ginger.
  4. Stir for 3 minutes and let it boil for 2 more minutes so that the aromas merge.
  5. Lower the heat and let it cool so that you can strain the honey into a sieve to avoid any particles or other spices.
