Warunta National Park
Warunta National Park, is located 15 kilometers south of the municipality of Wampusirpi.
Warunta
It is a picturesque town in the Honduran Mosquitia, it is located almost in the center of the department of Gracias a Dios. It has a population of almost 500 inhabitants, who mostly maintain their culture, language and traditions.
The way of life develops along with what constitutes its main communication route and this is represented by the Warunta river that runs from south to north.
