Song – Flowers of Mime (Folkloric)

By the riverbank, Maromé’s celebration,
I have planted mime flowers,
Saffron and cinnamon, Maromé’s celebration,
Mime flowers, pepper, and clove.

On the mountain slope of Maromé,
Mime flowers are being planted,
A yucca field, a sugar cane field, and cinnamon, of Maromé,
Mime flowers and purple corn.

When I want to serenade my sweetheart from Maromé,
Mime flowers with my guitar,
I saddle my silver horse from Maromé,
Mime flowers and I ride away.
