Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour (all purpose)
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup of rapadura candy or sugar cane (you can do without this ingredient, the banana brings its natural sweetness)
- 127 ml vegetable or olive oil (not extra virgin), or butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt (1/8 tsp)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Butter
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 356°F for 10 minutes.
- Mash the bananas in the large bowl
- Add the sugar cane and mix with the wire whisk.
- We add the eggs and mix
- We add the vanilla and mix
- Finally we add the vegetable, olive or butter oil.
Note: This ingredient can vary the shape and texture of the bread, try the one that feels best to you - We mixed all the ingredients well
- We measure 2 cups of flour and add the baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt and cinnamon powder and mix the ingredients.
- Then we add the flour by passing it through the kitchen strainer to the bowl with the banana mixture. We mix well to integrate the ingredients.
- We can add nut seeds, peanuts or chocolate chips
- Sprinkle before adding the seeds to the mixture
- Grease the bread mold with butter and add the mixture, distribute well.
- We place the bread mold in the oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
- After 50 minutes we can do the toothpick or knife test and if it comes out clean it is because it is ready.
- When ready, remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- We take the bread out of its mold and serve.
