Recipe for preparing Honduran Enchiladas
Honduran enchiladas are a very popular food in the neighborhoods and colonias of Honduras.
Ingredients
- 1 pound special ground beef
- 10 corn tortillas
- ½ pound cabbage
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 green chili
- 1 onion
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Coriander to taste
- ½ pound Grated cheese
Instructions
- Cook the ground meat with a quarter of a tomato, finely chopped, a quarter, and a finely chopped onion.
- Fry the tortillas and put them to drain
- Chop the cabbage
- Prepare the chimol with green chili, tomato, onion and fine coriander, salt and a pinch of pepper,
- Scratch the cheese
- Place the meat on the tortilla, then the cabbage, the chimol and finally the cheese
