Recipe for cooking Spatter Res
This recipe is traditionally prepared accompanied by onion, sweet chili and other vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 pounds beef brisket
- 1 cup beer
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 big white onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 5 fine chopped coriander sprigs
- ½ tbsp oregano
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp pepper and cumin
- 3 bay leaves
- juice of 3 lemons
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the meat in a liter and a half of water together with the salt 1/2 onion.
- Let the meat cool for an hour.
- chop the meat
- Place it on a plate and stir with the tomato, onion and oregano.
- Oil, vinegar and put them on top of the meat and add a pinch of salt.
