Recipe for cooking Spatter Res


This recipe is traditionally prepared accompanied by onion, sweet chili and other vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 pounds beef brisket
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 big white onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 5 fine chopped coriander sprigs
  • ½ tbsp oregano
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp pepper and cumin
  • 3 bay leaves
  • juice of 3 lemons
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the meat in a liter and a half of water together with the salt 1/2 onion.
  2. Let the meat cool for an hour.
  3. chop the meat
  4. Place it on a plate and stir with the tomato, onion and oregano.
  5. Oil, vinegar and put them on top of the meat and add a pinch of salt.
