Biography of Lolita Caballero
Her real name is María Dolores Hernández. She was born in Villanueva, Francisco Morazán, in 1916. She was a seamstress by trade. She is a union leader, one of the founders of the Women’s Workers Association; She was active in the Honduran Democratic Revolutionary Party and the Honduran Communist Party.
He participated in the organization of the Workers Coordinating Committee and the Union Unity Committee, as well as in the Union of Shirt and Related Workers, the Union Federation of the Center (1957), the Unitary Federation of Workers of Honduras (1981). She retired from union activity in 1982.
