Requirements and Consular Fee for the issuance of a Safe-conduct

The Undersecretary of Consular and Migratory Affairs has established the following rate for the consular service, with the respective requirements, for Hondurans who request the issuance of a Safe-conduct.

Tariff

• Price: US$ 10.00

Requirements:

1. Valid Honduran identity card.
2. Two passport size photographs.
3. Airplane ticket.
4. Proof of payment: Money Order *

Requirements for not carrying a valid identity card, but if it was processed in Honduras, it must be presented.

1. Original digital birth certificate.
2. At least one document from Honduras that has your photograph, such as:

• Driver’s license.
• Card of the Honduran Social Security Institute.
• Official documents issued by the State in which you reside and may be: residence card or TPS if you reside in the United States of America.

1. Two passport size photographs.
2. Airplane ticket.
3. Proof of payment: Money Order *

* The Money Order applies only to our Consular Offices in the United States of America and the rest of our Consular Offices use the payment method through bank windows. 

CASH PAYMENT IS NOT ACCEPTED AT CONSULAR POSTS.

** All these documents must be original.
